In this sense she brought to light the fact that "more than 70% of the persons valued by the Law would rather live at their home" and that that is exactly the goal of CVI: to help a dependent person to adapt their home to their needs.

On the other hand, Mr. Huguet remarked that "research must connect companies with social demands" and that the 'social' sector must be a sector to focus R&D in Catalonia. Likewise, he highlighted that "research in Universities must be put in touch with ICT, electronics and construction companies, in order to achieve accessible and sustainable innovation".

The Independent Living Centre will offer customized services in a real space, that is, an accessible digital home that will introduce the technical, computer help, domotics and robotics that best adapt to their needs.
