The CVI is made up of three separate areas: living, personalized attention and technical and service areas.
- The living area reproduces, as accurately as possible, the environment of a home, with its spaces and rooms: daily activities (front door, hall, living room, dining room, study and balcony), sleeping and hygiene (bedroom, full bathroom and toilet with shower) and service areas: kitchen (preparation, cooking, washing, storage), laundry (washing, drying, ironing) and utilities (water heater, control systems, etc.).
- The personalized attention area consists of an office for individual attention and a room for group activities and meetings.
- The technical and service area is the general reception area, a workshop and a storage area for support products. The workshop is used for research, development and innovation activities and for monitoring the IT and home-automation installations.
